جوزف بيسمارک ( جاپا داس براي صميمانه خطاب کردن ), مردي روحاني و ماهر در فنون رزمي همچنين رهبر هزاران مشتاق در تأسيس شرکت, مردي با صفات اخلاقي بسيار زياد بعنوان V-Partner و مدير هيئت موئسسين شرکت جهاني مولتي ميليون دلاري منصوب شده است.
نقش او بعنوان يکي از اعضاي V-Partner در توسعه نت ورک QI و بازوي مارکتينگ ,The V, به او نقطه حساسي را در قلب نت ورکينگ که در حال حاضر شمارشش به بيش از يک ميليون مي رسد واگذ ار کرده است. آقاي بيسمارک توسط بسياري به عنوان نيروي مرکزي که تعادل را در درون The V ميزان مي سازد تلقي مي شود .
يک اسپانيايي فيليپيني با اجداد آلماني که در اصل و نسب بيسمارک مي توان يافت, جاپاداس در سن 9 سالگي منزل را ترک کرد و تا 17 سالگي دريک ashram (اشرم) در کوههاي فيليپين جايي که او از برق و امکانات مدرن امروزي محروم بود , زندگي مي کرده است. جاپا داس همچنين آموزگار يوگا , دان 4 تکواندو , استاد Bonsai ( بن ساي ), مربي تاي چاي ( ( Tai chi , گيتار زن تفريحي کلاسيک بوده است.
در سن 44 سالگي او جدا از مدير تأسيس QI Ltd سمت هاي مهم ديگري همراه با رشد مجموعه در دست دارد. او در حال حاضر مدير هيئت مديره در برد , QI مدير اداري گروه QI Life Style , يک جوان و قوه اي مکمل و يک تازه وارد در صنعت تعطيلات و فراغت ; رئيس انجمن کوئست وکي شن جهاني International ) Quest Vacation ) , يک مکمل-;QL امين در تقسيم صدقات و خيريه در برد ,QI بنيانگذار )RHYTHM براي کمک به بشريت بپاخيزيد)و مدير بهره برداري مقيم در اندونزي , مکزيک و آمريکاي جنوبي ميباشد.
راه براي جاپا داس طولاني و پر از فرازو نشيب بوده است. گذشته روحاني و خواص و صفات ذاتي در رهبري, استحکام و توانايي را در او براي مسئوليت هاي گوناگون مؤثر کرده است. ورود او به د نياي کار با مربي گري درورزشهاي رزمي در دانشگاه فيليپين شروع شد, زماني که او به وي جي(Vijay ) در گروه MDاز QI معرفي شد. يک علاقه مشترک در فلسفه وديک ( (Vedic و روحانيت آنها را به هم نزديک کرد و از يک شرکت کوچک نت ورک مارکتينگ به مجموعه مشهور امروز توسعه پيدا کرده است.
وقتي به نقاط مختلف سفر نمي کند به برنامهاي مختلف بهره برداري نظارت مي کند.جاپا با همسرش در سنگاپور زندگي مي کنند.
A co-founding director of multimillion dollar global conglomerate Qi Ltd and a certified V-Partner, Joseph Bismark is a leader to thousands of entrepreneurial aspirants, as well as having a history of spirituality and a deep experience in the martial arts.
At the age of 44, Mr Bismark holds several important positions within the growing Qi conglomerate, including the role of V-Partner for Qi’s network development and marketing arm. The V bequeaths him a special spot in the heart of the network which currently numbers over 1.8 million. A man with multiple layers to his personality, Mr Bismark is considered by many as a powerful balancing force within the V.
Mr. Bismark’s other roles in Qi include: Director of Corporate Management on the Board of Qi Ltd; Trustee on the Board of QI’s charity division, RYTHM Foundation; Resident Director for Qi’s operations in Indonesia, Mexico and South America; and Managing Director of QLifestyle, a vibrant new leisure and lifestyle division that incorporates holiday and travel companies, vacation club memberships, a wellness centre, spa and a resort.
A Spanish-Filipino with German ancestors traceable to the Bismark lineage, he left home at the age of nine and went to live until the age of 17 in an ashram in the mountains of the Philippines where he grew up without electricity, heating or other modern amenities. Mr Bismark is also a yoga instructor, a fourth dan in Taekwondo, a Bonsai master, a Tai Chi coach and a classical guitarist.
Mr Bismark’s spiritual background and innate leadership qualities have given him the strength to manage the various roles that he plays within the group. His entry into the business world came while working as a martial arts instructor at a major university in the Philippines, when he was introduced to Vijay Eswaran, Managing V-Partner and Group MD of Qi Ltd. Their shared interests in Vedic Philosophy and spirituality brought them together. Shortly afterwards a small network marketing company was formed which today has grown into a global business.
Mr Bismark plays an active role in the company, not just by establishing business relationships but by building sincere friendships with customers and colleagues alike. His interests and decisions are guided by a desire to help people regardless of their economic, social or racial backgrounds. His success is not built on material achievements but on the inner satisfaction and peace achieved by rendering meaningful service to others and through spiritual growth.
When not travelling around the world overseeing the group’s various operations, Mr Bismark lives with his family in Singapore.
